The Gods of Asgard are very familiar with the beer that comes from Butler, New Jersey's High Point Brewing! From the first time that we tried their Ramstein beer we were hooked. Multiple trips to the brewery have proven well worth the trip each and every time! If you see Ramstein on the label buy it! They do tours of their closet sized brewery but beer can be tasted almost every day. On to the important business at hand... THE BEER!
Ice Storm WOW! This limited edition dark alcohol fueled beer kicks some serious ass! Don't let that deter you. This isn't some crappy tasting sludge that has a high alcohol content in lieu of high flavor. It is smooth and velvety. If you see it... which is rare... GRAB IT.
Blonde Wheat Some more damn fine beer! Not too heavy but not too light. This is an easy drinking beer that suits any time of day.
Classic Wheat This is my least favorite Ramstein selection. Very dark and just not very pleasant.
Golden Lager This is what Budweiser should taste like. This is a very light beer but it still retains flavor. Better than the mass market Lagers.
Amber Lager Odin and Aurvandil both rank this as the best! I even think that this is one of my overall favorite beers. It is loaded with flavor and absolutely delicious! Everyone should drink this. This was the best beer that I tasted at the recent International Great Beer Expo!
HIGH POINT BREWING COMPANY: Overall Rating A+

Through the brewery and through store bought beer Loki has not tasted one.bad beer made by this company. They have the Midas Touch when it comes to.beer brewing. Any label with Ramstein on it is getting a Growler worthy grade from Loki. The beer that tops them all in my opinion is Eisboch. Which to Odin is the Ice Storm. One does not need to go through a tour of the brewery as I have been told by Odin and Aurvandil is if you put beer bottles in your closet and walk in a circle you pretty much have toured High Point. Sooner or later the owner of the brewery shall read this blog and then we will allow him to put our link on his page as it will up the cyber traffic 1000% on his web page. In one word Loki describes the beer as Amazing. And any restaurant, bar, or liquor store that does not carry it will be looked down upon by Loki.
